Create a volunteer profile on the H.A.R.D. volunteer page, then contact volunteer@haywardrec.org. Confirmed by staff: you can bring your own community service hour form and they will sign it, but you still need to register through H.A.R.D.'s volunteer system as well -- the paper form alone isn't enough.
